The role involves assisting physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, preparing and maintaining therapy equipment, and supporting patients during exercises and therapies. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness of the treatment area, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with clerical tasks as needed.QualificationsKnowledge of and experience with Physical Therapy and Exercise Physiology concepts and practicesStrong skills in Patient Care and Customer Service to provide a positive and supportive experienceEffective Communication skills to interact with patients, therapists, and team members professionallyAbility to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a healthcare environmentHigh school diploma or GED; additional certification in a related field is a plusPrevious experience in a physical therapy or medical setting is beneficial but not required
