Floor Care Specialist

We are looking for hardworking, detail oriented, dependable, and honest people to join our team. We are seeking a Floor Care Specialist to join our workforce. This position will primarily involve stripping and waxing of floors to maintain cleanliness and shine. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, experience in floor care, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Strip and wax floors in accordance with company and safety standards. Apply appropriate wax or finishing products to achieve a high-quality finish. Maintain and operate floor care equipment such as buffers and scrubbers. Clean and prep floors before the stripping and waxing process. Ensure all areas are left clean, safe, and ready for use after completing tasks. Monitor inventory of floor care products and request replenishments as needed. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery. Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Qualifications: Previous experience in floor stripping, waxing, or general floor care (preferred). Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and floor care equipment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment or materials. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed. Requirements: Able to pass a background check. Have your own car for transportation.
