Unlike a Product Owner who focuses on "what" to build, the TPM focuses on "how" and "when" it gets built, managing the technical team and project constraints.Core ResponsibilitiesEnd to End Delivery: Lead the complete project lifecycle from technical discovery through to deployment and post implementation support.Technical Governance: Oversee technical architecture, ensuring solutions for Service Cloud (e.g., Omni Channel, Case Management) and Experience Cloud (e.g., Portals, CMS) follow best practices.Agile Orchestration: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives) and manage technical backlogs in Jira or Confluence.Risk & Issue Management: Identify technical blockers, manage dependencies across cross functional teams, and implement mitigation strategies.Integration Oversight: Manage complex integrations between Salesforce and third party systems (ERP, middleware like MuleSoft, or data platforms).Resource & Financial Planning: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and burn rates to ensure delivery within approved costs.Technical Skills & ExpertiseSalesforce Platform: Proficiency in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and foundational tools like Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.Development Lifecycle: Deep understanding of Salesforce DX, DevOps pipelines, and sandbox management.Systems Architecture: Ability to design scalable solutions and translate complex business requirements into technical functional design documents.Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).Preferred Certifications:Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
