Clinical Support Technician

Regions Infusion clinic has an opening for a Clinical Support Technician with strong verbal and written communication skills. This position is Monday-Friday from 7:30a-5:00p.This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.Work Schedule:Monday through Friday0730-1700Required Qualifications:* High school diploma or GED* 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience* Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire* Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.Preferred Qualifications:* Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience* Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program and current Nursing Assistant Certificationor
