Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our boutique located in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for leading daily store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Store Manager will oversee team management, maintain retail and visual merchandising standards, implement loss prevention measures, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback promptly. Additionally, the Store Manager will analyze sales performance, manage inventory, and work closely with the leadership team to align the store’s operations with business objectives. Qualifications Strong customer satisfaction and customer service abilities, ensuring that customers consistently receive exceptional experiences.Proven expertise in store management and retail operations, with attention to driving performance and meeting sales targets.Excellent communication skills to engage with customers, lead a team effectively, and collaborate with peers and senior management.Experience with retail loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and maintain store integrity.Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate a team in a sophisticated retail environment.Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.Knowledge of luxury retail and interior design is highly advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
