Automotive Service Advisor

Job Overview Prestige Auto Tech is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. We offer great benefits, we don't work weekends and have multiple locations for growth opportunities. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with vehicle service inquiries and concerns. Answer calls and perform outbound follow up calls Schedule appointments (We use TekMetric) , listen to customer needs, and clearly explain recommended services. Prepare accurate cost estimates and work orders based on service needs. Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers Communicate with the service technician team to ensure timely and quality repairs. Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle repairs. Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up Cash out Customers Maintain accurate records and manage warranty processes as needed. Provide post-service support and build long-term customer relationships Order parts Promote excellent customer service by ensuring the needs of customers are met and problems are resolved quickly Retrieves, maintains, and answers in a timely manner all correspondence that comes via email, CRM and company internal messaging software Use your leadership skills to budget, set objectives and anticipate in the needs of the business What we are looking for: Valid driver's license Minimum 3 years of experience as service advisor Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Excellent customer service skills Professional work ethic and high integrity Ability to work as a team and/or independently Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for the automotive industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Automotive Service Advisor.
