At Total Benefit Management Inc., we value innovation, reliability, and expertise in every aspect of our operations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site/hybrid role as an Accounting Payroll Manager, based in Glens Falls, NY. The role involves managing accounting for payroll operations, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, preparing financial statements, maintaining journal entries, managing bank accounts and overseeing accounting processes. The Accounting Payroll Manager will work closely with the partners of TBM and our CPA firm to ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing the organization's financial and payroll activities.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Financial Statements and expertise in FinanceProficiency in managing Quick Books, and all related accounting processesMastertax experience is a plusNacha Audit experience is a plus Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Taxes and compliance requirementsHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in Excel and relevant accounting softwareBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in payroll accounting is highly desirable
