In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:The Lead Roustabout will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks on oil and gas assets. The Field Lead Roustabout will work under the direction of the Field Foreman and will be expected to follow all safety protocols and procedures.Special focus to be placed on:Leads the field roustabout teamAssist field leads with day-to-day activitiesAssist field pumpers/well testerAssist with isolation of flow lines/failuresAssist with cleanup of failuresAbility to change out piping/valvesTroubleshooting skillsResponsible for gang truck/toolsAssist with the installation of pipes, repair clamps, anodes and coatingsClean and maintain equipmentDig trenches and lay pipeAssist with the movement of heavy equipment and materialsPerform general labor tasks as neededFollow all safety protocols and proceduresPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in manual labor or construction preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentWillingness to work long hours and weekends as neededAbility to follow directions and work as part of a teamValid driver's licensePhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:Must be able to move or traverse from one location on the job site to another. This includes the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, frequently positioning oneself (e.g., to stoop, kneel, or squat) to perform tasks, and occasionally ascend/descend (e.g., ladders or uneven terrain)Ability to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess driving operations effectively (either naturally or with corrective lenses).Ability to operate a 4X4 vehicle.Must be able to repetitively move or position feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, and back. Constantly operates, uses, and positions hands and fingers in performance of workMust be able to work atop elevated surfaces and traverse various heightsLifts or carries 60 lbs. or more, which falls into the "heavy" category (over 50 pounds).Frequently pushes and pulls with a maximum force of 150 ft./lbs.Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions and is exposed to varying environmental conditions, including well site conditions.
