The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Tableau dashboard development, SQL programming, Oracle databases, and data visualization, along with hands-on exposure to data science techniques such as predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning.This role requires a strong analytical mindset, business intelligence expertise, and the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights for business stakeholders and executive leadership.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports.Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Work extensively with Oracle databases, including performance tuning and data integration activities.Perform data modeling, ETL processes, and data validation across multiple data sources.Apply data science techniques such as regression analysis, forecasting, clustering, and predictive modeling to support business decisions.Improve dashboard performance and optimize large dataset reporting in Tableau.Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and BI best practices.Troubleshoot Tableau server, data connectivity, and reporting performance issues.Support enterprise-level and executive (C-suite) reporting initiatives.Required Qualifications:Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in Tableau development and business intelligence reporting.Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau data visualization best practices.Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.Solid understanding of data science concepts including:Predictive ModelingStatistical AnalysisMachine LearningForecastingClusteringExperience with ETL tools and data preparation workflows.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
