Trust Associate (Remote based in Nevada)$60,000–$90,000 per year | Full-Time | Entry to Mid-LevelA growing financial services firm is seeking a Trust Associate to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance, accounting, or client service career who wants hands-on exposure to trust administration, compliance, and operations.What You’ll Do• Process daily trust transactions, including cash movements, account reconciliations, and account openings/closings• Provide management and administrative support across client accounts• Assist with compliance tasks and regulatory documentation• Support business development initiatives and event coordinationWhat We’re Looking For• 1–4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, banking, or trust operations (or related internships)• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling confidential client data• Excellent communication and client service mindset• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
