Product Development Manager

Position: Product Development Manager Location: Dallas, Texas (Remote) Duration: Contract Pay Range: $65/Hr (Little negotiable)Must have: Product roadmap, Telecommunication, Program/Project ManagementJob Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to oversee the execution of Ethernet cell site builds and the development or revision of execution processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, host recurring project execution meetings, and work cross-functionally to build new requirements and processes. This role also involves supporting additional ISP onboarding or business product solutions.Responsibilities:Oversee the execution of Ethernet cell site builds. Develop and revise execution processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Create and manage detailed project plans to track progress and meet deadlines. Host recurring project execution meetings to ensure alignment and progress. Collaborate cross-functionally to build new requirements and processes for additional ISP onboarding or business products. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.Qualifications:Proven experience in product management and project management. Strong ability to develop and manage project plans effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally. Experience in developing and revising execution processes. Knowledge of Ethernet cell site builds and ISP onboarding processes is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
