These sites are known for strong physician–operations partnerships, innovation in care delivery, and a collaborative culture that enables rapid implementation of systemwide priorities while maintaining a personalized patient experience.What You’ll DoOversee the daily operations and professional practice for multiple specialties within Scripps Clinic (4 locations/33,000 sqft). Partner with and advise Medical Directors and lead management team while ensuring smooth operations emphasizing quality outcomes and customer experience. Oversight includes 100+ providers, management and staff team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes and internal and external customer service.Required Education/Experience/Specialized SkillsFour years of direct management experience in the healthcare industry.Ability to effectively direct healthcare business and operational practices.Ability to develop long-term plans for healthcare operations.Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.
