CIRLEX® is a registered trademark of DuPont used under license by Fralock, reflecting the company’s strong partnerships and material expertise.Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chatsworth, CA, responsible for leading complex customer programs from initiation through delivery. This role plans and oversees project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, internal capabilities, and quality standards. The Program Manager collaborates closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales teams to define scope, manage risks, maintain clear communication, and resolve issues. Daily responsibilities include tracking program progress, preparing status reports, facilitating cross-functional meetings, managing change requests, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also engages directly with customers to clarify specifications, manage expectations, and foster long-term partnerships.QualificationsProgram and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change control.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain within a high-reliability or regulated environment.Strong customer-facing skills, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, status reporting, and issue resolution.Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software (e.g., MS Project or similar, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/MRP systems).Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation related to engineered materials, electronics, or mechanical components.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, semiconductor, or other high-reliability industries is strongly preferred.Familiarity with quality and regulatory standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ITAR, and FDA requirements is beneficial.Demonstrated
