Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:
Must have a degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program
Must have a current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alabama
Must be CPR Certified
Must be able to use arms, hands and fingers skillfully
Frequent use of forceful exertion during treatment
Frequent moving, pushing, pulling of heavy patients and/or equipment
Constant standing and walking
Must be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areas
Consistently work at a productive pace
Must readily adapt to frequent treatment schedule changes
Must be capable of directing staff in a way to ensure an engaging environment for staff and patients that aligns with the goals and mission of TOC
Responsible for overseeing daily operations of clinic staff including insuring proper staffing to cover patient census, updating performance reviews at scheduled intervals, approving time cards and verifying hours worked/time off taken, and working with Therapy Director and Office Manager to hire therapists and scheduling staff, as well as aide positions in certain locations
Regularly order supplies for the clinic or work with the supply department to ensure clinic is appropriately covered for wound care, cleaning, and general office supplies
Responsible for addressing any employee or patient matters on site as they arise. They will also work closely with HR and the Director of Therapy in cases where more action is required

Position requirements:
Required Education:
Physical or Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Required License/Certification:
Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Alabama.
