Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Criminal Defense Associate at our Miami, FL office. The associate will manage criminal defense cases, including preparing legal documents, researching legal issues, and representing clients in court. Responsibilities include analyzing case facts, conducting legal research, providing strategic legal counsel, and advocating on behalf of clients during negotiations and trials. QualificationsProficiency in Criminal Law and in-depth understanding of legal issuesExperience in Legal Document Preparation and case managementStrong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written Communication SkillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the Florida BarAbility to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectivelyA commitment to ethical and client-centered legal practice
