Construction Underground Estimator / Underground Project Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Underground Utilities Construction Supervisor to oversee sewer, water, storm drain, and site utility projects. This role involves both job estimating and division supervision, and we are looking for a hardworking and honest individual seeking a long-term career opportunity.The individual hired will be responsible for the overall lifecycle of multiple projects by estimating, overall direction, execution and financial outcome of our Construction Projects. As a small company, we value long-term commitment and seek an individual who is willing to make a long-term investment in their career with us.Responsibilities: Construction costing through the use of computer management software to create accurate estimates is preferred, as is, the ability to learn our system. Develop project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the construction process. Review and interpret project contracts to understand scope of work and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. to gather necessary information for estimates and workflow. Analyze blueprints, schematics, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost projections. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Supervise and mentor junior estimators on the team.
