We have partnered with a fast growing privately held organization in Schaumberg looking for a Staff Accountant to own core accounting operations, strengthen the integrity of financial reporting, and support an accelerated month-end close in a business actively modernizing its finance function through ERP optimization and automation.This company is in a high-growth phase, so it’s a great time to join their team as there is room for advancement and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the organization scales and evolves its finance function.Scope includes:Journal entries, GL reconciliations, accruals, fixed assetsMonthly/quarterly/year-end close ownership supportAP, cash receipts, internal reporting, audit prepVariance analysis and process improvement initiativesGAAP compliance and cross-functional finance supportIdeal profile would be 2-5 year corporate or public accountant. Accounting or Finance degree required.
