The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with firewall administration, network security technologies, incident response, and enterprise infrastructure support in production environments.Network Security, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Firewalls, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Routing & Switching, VLANs, Network Segmentation, VPN (IPsec/SSL), IDS/IPS, Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Packet Analysis, Wireshark, Network Troubleshooting, Enterprise Security Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity Operations.Required Skills5+ years of enterprise Network Security Engineering experienceHands-on experience with Palo Alto and/or Cisco Firewalls (Required)Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Routing & SwitchingExperience with VLANs, Network Segmentation, and Access ControlsExpertise in VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN)Experience with IDS/IPS, threat detection, and prevention technologiesSecurity monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability remediation experienceStrong network troubleshooting and packet analysis skills using tools such as WiresharkExperience supporting enterprise security infrastructure in production environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain enterprise firewall environments (Palo Alto/Cisco)Monitor network security infrastructure and respond to security incidentsImplement and maintain VPN, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation solutionsAnalyze network traffic, troubleshoot connectivity and security issues, and perform packet analysisCollaborate with infrastructure, operations, and security teams to ensure secure network operationsSupport security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance initiativesDevelop and maintain security documentation, standards, and operational procedures EducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field Preferred CertificationsCCNACCNPCCNP SecuritySecurity+CISSPPalo Alto PCNSE
