Survivor Liaison

A company is looking for a Survivor Liaison to support a Department of Defense initiative focused on enhancing services for survivors and beneficiaries. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison with Survivor Outreach Services and Casualty and Mortuary Affairs offices to capture and communicate survivor-related business requirements Conduct workshops and interviews to define system and process needs for improved survivor support Document current workflows and design future processes to enhance responsiveness and visibility in survivor assistanceRequired QualificationsMust hold an active Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or process improvement in federal or defense programs Proficiency in requirements documentation and workflow analysis using tools like Microsoft Visio, Jira, or Confluence Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies
