In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.What You Bring to the Table:Essential Qualifications:Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents. Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical recordsSupervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustmentsPrepares and administers medication and treatmentsConsults with physiciansReceives and records orders as requiredRequirementsThe Ideal Candidate:Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license requiredCurrent/active CPR certification preferred
