Bilingual Care Coordinator / Forensic EvaluatorLocation: VenturaSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMDress Code: Business CasualPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Bilingual Care Coordinator / Forensic Evaluator to support court-mandated and forensic populations through evaluations, referrals, and placement into appropriate levels of care. This role plays a key part in ensuring clients are screened, referred, and connected to treatment services in compliance with state mandates.Bilingual RequirementSpanish preferred , but not requiredDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and assist with treatment placements (this is not a traditional caseload-based role )Screen clients under Prop 36 to determine appropriate treatment needsComplete ASAM assessments to identify level of care (e.g., outpatient or intensive outpatient)Prepare and send required documentation, including paperwork and ROI forms , for team reviewCoordinate referrals and send referral packets to clinicians and providersWork with forensic populations, including individuals currently in custody, to support transition into lower levels of careCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external providersWork Environment & RequirementsMust be able to pass LiveScan fingerprintingMust pass an internal background checkExperience & QualificationsMust be registeredExperience with ASAM assessments strongly preferredExperience working with severe mental health and/or forensic populations is a plusStrong coordination, documentation, and communication skillsWhy This Role?Meaningful work with high-impact populationsStructured weekday schedule with no weekendsOpportunity to be part of a program focused on appropriate treatment placement and system navigation
