Human Resources Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Executive to lead and manage our organization’s HR functions. This pivotal role involves developing strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company success by aligning HR strategies with business objectives and supporting our talented workforce.DutiesLead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and conducting interviews to attract top talent.Employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing conflict management strategies to maintain a harmonious work environment.Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, workers' compensation procedures, and other legal requirements.Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits using platforms like Workday, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.Supervise HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic planning and process improvement efforts.Support performance management processes through employee evaluation systems, succession planning initiatives, and organizational design strategies.SkillsExtensive knowledge of employment & labor law, and workers' compensation procedures.Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR sourcing, employee relations, and benefits administration.Strong negotiation skills for contracts, vendor relationships, and conflict resolution.Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as ADP.Excellent communication skills paired with presentation skills for engaging senior leadership and diverse teams effectively.Ability to manage multiple projects through program management techniques while demonstrating strategic planning capabilities.Data analysis skills for HR metrics collection to inform decision-making processes related to human capital management.
