Loan Portfolio Administrator

Rhinebeck Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Portfolio Administrator to support up to three Commercial Lenders and manage their loan portfolios. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth administration, documentation, and closing of both consumer and commercial loans. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strong organizational skills, and is committed to delivering excellent internal and external customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesReview loan packages to ensure all required documentation is complete and ready for closingPrepare accurate loan documents in accordance with approved terms for consumer and commercial loansCoordinate loan closings with legal counsel, third-party vendors, and internal bank staffCalculate closing figures, ensure timely funding, and submit complete loan packages for boardingProvide regular status updates and support a seamless loan closing processConduct post-closing reviews for loans processed by third parties and internal staffAssist with gathering financial documents, insurance updates, and outstanding closing itemsMonitor commercial borrowing base lines and perform monthly compliance calculationsProcess construction loan advancesMaintain strong communication with customers, accountants, and stakeholdersTrack credit applications, manage documentation, and follow up on missing itemsSupport annual credit reviews, monitor portfolio risk, and update credit filesGenerate activity and status reports as neededStay current on bank policies, products, and regulatory requirementsContribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment QualificationsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) OR Associate's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experienceExperience in commercial lending support, loan servicing, portfolio management, or loan documentationStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Why Join Rhinebeck Bank?Salary Range: $52,000 - $56,000Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverageGenerous Paid Time Off: starting from 20 days PTO per calendar yearRetirement Savings: 401(k) with competitive employer matchTuition Reimbursement: Support for continued educationTraining & Development: Structured onboarding and ongoing learning opportunitiesMentorship: Guidance from experienced professionalsCommunity Focus: Paid volunteer hours to give back About UsRhinebeck Bank is dedicated to delivering exceptional financial services while fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and excellence.
