Overview As an Integration Solution Architect, you will design and lead enterprise integration initiatives that connect internal applications with external partners. You’ll define the integration architecture roadmap, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned with enterprise standards. You’ll translate requirements into technical designs and guide delivery teams through A2A and B2B integration programs. Your work supports cross-functional collaboration and drives architecture-driven outcomes that enable seamless data flows across platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape how integration enables business objectives and partner collaboration at scale. ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement A2A and B2B integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standardsDefine and maintain the integration architecture roadmap and technology lifecycle for integration platformsCollaborate with stakeholders and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical designsLead integration projects, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concepts; evaluate patterns and middlewareOversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle and troubleshoot complex integration issues to ensure stabilityCoordinate with peer architects to ensure cohesive end-to-end solution design across projectsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to integration teams, including offshore partnersServe as the go-to integration architect during delivery, ensuring scalable, secure solutions Key requirementsBachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)5-10 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect or Integration Developer/IT AnalystStrong understanding of software development processes and methodologiesExperience with integration platforms and patterns (APIs, messaging, event-driven)Cloud services experience and enterprise application integration (e.g., SAP)Certifications in relevant technologies (preferred)Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteEffective communicationLeadership and mentorshipDecision qualityAPIsMessagingEvent-driven integration
