We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a growing organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across multiple departments.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the hiring process.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build strong candidate pipelines.Reporting: Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership.QualificationsExperience: 2–4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.SkillsStrong sourcing and interviewing techniques.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.AttributesProactive and results-driven.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Compensation$60,000 – $80,000Powered by JazzHR
