Production - Assembly

Job TitleWe are a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality architectural aluminum metal products. Our products are used in commercial and industrial buildings across the country. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented production team members to join our shop floor team.Position SummaryThis position is responsible for assembling architectural aluminum metal products and related sheet metal components according to drawings and production schedules. This role works closely with fabrication, finishing, and quality teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and ship on time. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble aluminum products and subcomponents according to work orders and shop drawingsRead and interpret basic blueprints and production documentsMeasure and verify parts using tape measures, squares, and other hand toolsOperate basic shop equipment (drills, screw guns, sanders, grinders, etc.)Assist with material handling and staging for productionPerform quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish standardsPackage finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all safety policies and PPE requirementsQualificationsRequired:1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferredAbility to read a tape measure accurately (to 1/16")Basic mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred:Experience in sheet metal fabricationExperience working with aluminum productsFamiliarity with shop drawingsForklift experience (certification a plus)Skills & TraitsDetail-orientedTeam playerTakes pride in quality workmanshipWilling to learn and growWorks efficiently under deadlinesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage (based on experience)Overtime opportunitiesHealth, dental, AD&D, disability and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement
