This position is responsible for ensuring that an adequate supply of clean china, glass, and silver is available to all outlets. Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: properly storing all china, glassware, and equipment to prevent damage, washing pots, pans, and trays. Secondary duties and responsibilities maintain the cleanliness of all food and beverage areas and keep them free of trash and debris. Previous dishwashing experience is required. Incumbent will master proper cleaning and storage techniques. Understanding of health and sanitation guidelines is necessary. Physical demands include a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and lifting, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
