We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, precision, and delivering exceptional customer experiences from concept to installation.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to manage countertop projects from initial order through final installation. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Vallejo, CA, requiring strong communication skills, scheduling expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all phases of countertop projects, including templating, fabrication, and installationServe as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teamsSchedule field measurements, production timelines, and installation datesReview project specifications, drawings, and material selections for accuracyTrack project progress and proactively address delays or issuesCommunicate updates to clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure smooth workflowMaintain accurate job files, documentation, and order recordsAssist with estimating support and change order processing as neededQualifications2+ years of project coordination or administrative experience is desirable (construction or countertop industry preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with project management or ERP software is a plusAbility to read and interpret basic construction drawings or measurementsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a team environment and coordinating across departmentsWork EnvironmentFull-time, in-person position in Vallejo, CAOffice and light warehouse interaction environmentFast-paced, deadline-driven workflowCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage or salary (based on experience)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth within the companySupportive, team-oriented workplaceHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief description of your relevant experience.
