All team members receive benefits including:Weekly payTraining and development opportunitiesEmployee discountsFlexible work schedulesEligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance program, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement.What will you do?Act as Manager on Duty overnight, addressing guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges.Supervise Front Desk Agents and overnight staff to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.Provide guidance and support to associates handling complex or escalated situations.Communicate shift activity, incidents, and follow-ups to the Front Office Manager.Perform and oversee nightly audit functions, including reconciliation of charges, payments, and system postings.Balance all accounts and investigate discrepancies, reporting concerns as needed.Maintain full knowledge of front office systems, PMS, and standard operating procedures.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Facilities, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operation.Log maintenance issues, guest incidents, and unusual occurrences; ensure proper follow-up.Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.More about youAt least 2 years' experience in hospitality, with front desk experience is requiredPrior supervisory experience preferredPrevious night audit experience preferredComputer literate in MS Office programs; some experience with property management systems requiredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPhysical requirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbsFrequent bending, reaching, twisting and mobility throughout shiftShift detailsOvernightWeekendsHolidaysWho we areSouthland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sportsbook.
