Senior DFT Engineer

Overview As a DFT-focused engineer, you will lead a team delivering advanced testability and reliability solutions for AWS-scale silicon. You’ll collaborate with frontend and backend teams through architecture reviews, drive design sign-off, and oversee silicon bring-up and failure analysis to ship high-quality products to millions of AWS customers. This role combines hands-on design with leadership in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment that shapes cloud hardware at scale.
