This role is critical to creating a welcoming, organized, and high-functioning office that supports our growing team. As we continue to scale, we need someone who can own day-to-day office operations while elevating the employee experience in meaningful, thoughtful ways.In a typical week, you might coordinate with building management, plan an in-office team event, troubleshoot a facilities issue, support onboarding logistics for a new hire, and partner with People Ops on an employee experience initiative. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to continuously improve how our office runs and how our team feels at work.Success in this role looks like an office that runs smoothly, employees who feel supported, and culture moments that bring our team together.What You’ll DoOwn and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-run workplaceServe as the primary point of contact for building management, vendors, and service providers, proactively resolving facilities and operational issuesAct as the first line of support for employees’ office and workplace needs, delivering a friendly and professional experiencePlan and execute employee experience initiatives, including team events, office lunches, and in-office culture programsPartner closely with the People Ops Manager to support onboarding, offboarding, equipment coordination, and workplace logisticsIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance office efficiency and employee satisfactionJump into special projects and evolving operational needs, adapting quickly as priorities shiftWhat You Bring To The Table3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or a related roleStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneouslyExperience using modern workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and calendaring systemsA proactive, resourceful mindset with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve practical problemsClear, friendly communication skills and a strong service-oriented approachExperience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalismA growth mindset and enthusiasm for improving systems, processes, and employee experiencesWhile not required, it’s an added plus if you have:Experience with HRIS or ATS systemsBasic IT troubleshooting or office technology support experiencePrior experience at an early-stage or high-growth startupExposure to people operations processes or employee engagement programsBenefits100% Medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick LeaveCompetitive compensation and equity package401kCommuter benefitsIn-office snacks and Friday team lunchesTeam-driven happy hours and celebrationsThe estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.Levelpath is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment.
