PREP COOK (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Compass Group - - Responsibilities: Prepares food and serves customers following established quantities and recipes; Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use; Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; Follows HACCP guidelines; Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time
