5 Years' Experience in Accounting FirmBS in Accounting (Masters in Taxation a plus)Certified Public Accounting licenseFederal and State tax compliance experienceTo include Corporate, Partnership, Individual and Fiduciary tax returnsAnalytical and technical skills in tax compliance and tax consulting/planningExcellent communication skills and strong client service abilityKnowledge of tax software & technology and tax research toolsStrong attention to detail, highly ethical, self-directed, and results-oriented100% onsite positionDuring Memorial Day through Labor day can work 4 10's and have every Friday off.3 weeks PTOHealth insurance & 401k after 90 daysPath to PartnerDuring busy season minimum 52 hour work weeks, will not work more than 60 ever.Very good culture, wants a great Manager who can help develop staff & grow team!
