This role is responsible for helping coordinate site activities, track progress, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans and quality standards. The Superintendent I works closely with trade partners, project teams, and vendors to support scheduling, logistics, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates must be proficient in building schedules, scope development and review, contract review, financial management, and risk management. Candidates should be skilled in client retention, relationship management, and team building.
