A company is looking for a Principal AI Solutions Engineer. Key Responsibilities Re-imagine enterprise work with an AI-first mindset by diagnosing processes suitable for AI-driven transformation Map workflows and facilitate sessions to translate business logic into agent-friendly steps Develop and deploy AI agents using Python and modern frameworks, ensuring production quality and security Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related technical roles 1+ year hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and/or agent frameworks Experience in consulting-style roles, including problem structuring and executive communication Proven ability to translate ambiguous workflows into scalable enterprise solutions
