Human Capital Recruiting Coordinator

DPP is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for an opportunity with our client, a leading global investment firm in New York, NY.Location : Hybrid in New York, NYDuration : 6 months (renewable)Terms : W2 positionRole overview:The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Firm's recruiting function by partnering closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams.This role requires exceptional organization, professionalism, and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast paced, high performance environment.Key responsibilities:Manage a high volume of candidate interview scheduling across multiple time zones with accuracy, efficiency, and discretionSupport the full interview lifecycle, including scheduling, logistics, candidate communications, and feedback trackingCoordinate onsite and virtual interview days, including Super Days, case studies, and candidate assessments, with strong attention to detailServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a high touch, white glove experience that reflects the Firm's culture and valuesTrack candidate activity and ensure data accuracy within the Firm's applicant tracking system (Greenhouse ATS) and related toolsIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and processes, supporting operational excellence through scalable and technology enabled solutionsCollaborate with global recruiting team members to ensure consistency in best practices and candidate experiencePartner with recruiters on ad hoc projects, including pipeline management, employer branding initiatives, and diversity recruiting effortsSupport the planning and execution of campus and experienced hire recruiting events, both virtual and in personContribute to cross functional initiatives that advance the Firm's broader Human Capital objectivesIdeal experience & critical competencies:3+ years of experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR coordination roles, preferably within a fast paced corporate or financial services environmentStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detailExperience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems preferred, but not requiredCollaborative team player who thrives in a high performance, team oriented cultureExceptional attention to detail and strong follow throughProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretionEducation & experience:Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of relevant professional experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative rolesAbout the Firm:Our client is a leading global investment firm offering alternative asset management, capital markets, and insurance solutions.
