Their reputation is built on excellence in field execution, safety, and dependable project delivery, often within active, occupied campus environments.Job DescriptionOur Superintendent will:Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations for K-12 and higher education projectsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field labor to ensure adherence to project schedulesEnforce jobsite safety programs, OSHA requirements, and district-specific safety standardsManage site logistics, material deliveries, and phasing plans to minimize disruption to ongoing school operationsConduct daily site walks, quality control inspections, and progress trackingCoordinate inspection schedules and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local codesWork closely with Project Managers on scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change order executionMaintain clear communication with owners, architects, inspectors, and school administratorsLead subcontractor meetings and maintain daily reports and site documentationMentor and support Assistant Superintendents or field staff as projects scaleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
