As pioneers in the premium in-pool and poolside product design space, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help our customers manifest their identity by elevating their approach to outdoor living.The Sales Development Representative is a highly motivated and results driven individual responsible for handling inbound and outbound consumer calls, emails, texts and chats with a strong focus on selling, upselling and cross-selling our products. This role will work with potential and returning customers on product recommendations to process orders driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Engage with inbound and outbound consumer inquiries to drive sales and conversationsDeveloping new sales opportunities with warm lead opportunities via outbound emails, calls and website traffic follow upsFollow up on web orders, abandoned carts and warm sales leads to close sales opportunitiesCommunicating with consumers to understand their needs and requirements to identify sales opportunitiesMeet or exceed monthly sales and productivity budgetsAccurately log consumer interactions and opportunities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot and NetSuite)Stay up to date on product knowledge, current marketing promotions, and internal processes and policiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Consumer Experience Support, Operations, Pool, B2B sales and Marketing teamsStrong sales business acumen and deep understanding of consumer behavior to close sales opportunitiesRequirements:3+ years of inside sales experience in a contact center environment with a proven track record of meeting revenue goalsStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consumer first attitudeExperience in working with contact center phone systems, CRM and/or ERP systems (e.g. HubSpot preferred or Salesforce and NetSuite preferred)Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast paced inside sales contact center environmentBackground in furniture/home decor sales for eCommerce business or retail is a plusExperience with using CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite, Hubspot) and contact center phone systems.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace applications, including Google Sheets and DocsAt Ledge, we value diversity and inclusion and are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
