Growing together.As aPatient Services Representative, you will be working in a collaborative office environment alongside other medical professionals.Location: 4101 TECHNOLOGY AVE. NEW ALBANY, INSchedule: FT, 40 hours per week. Will be working an 8-hr shift between the hours of 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday. Will be required to work 1 weekend day per week with one weekday off.Primary Responsibilities:Greet patients as they arrive and manage wait timeAssist patients with intake processes including copying required documentsCollect co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles and issues receiptsManage cashier box and daily deposits according to company policiesProcess walk-in patients and visitorsAnswer phones and schedule appointmentsManage medical records (maintains, files/scans, prepares for schedule)Ensure all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in timely mannerProcess requests for medical records release and maintain appropriate logs, etcPerform all other related duties as assignedWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment.
