Growing together.As aPatient Services Representative, you will be working in a collaborative office environment alongside other medical professionals.Location: 4101 TECHNOLOGY AVE. NEW ALBANY, INSchedule: FT, 40 hours per week. Will be working an 8-hr shift between the hours of 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday. Will be required to work 1 weekend day per week with one weekday off.Primary Responsibilities:Greet patients as they arrive and manage wait timeAssist patients with intake processes including copying required documentsCollect co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles and issues receiptsManage cashier box and daily deposits according to company policiesProcess walk-in patients and visitorsAnswer phones and schedule appointmentsManage medical records (maintains, files/scans, prepares for schedule)Ensure all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in timely mannerProcess requests for medical records release and maintain appropriate logs, etcPerform all other related duties as assignedWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
