Oscillator Design Engineer (OCXO / RF)We’re hiring an Oscillator Design Engineer to develop ultra‑low phase noise, low g‑sensitivity OCXO products. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role with full ownership from concept through production in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment. What You’ll Do Design and optimize OCXOs using RF/MW simulation tools Lead projects from concept → production release Drive performance, cost, and manufacturability improvements Support prototyping, testing, and production transition Collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering Mentor junior engineers and contribute to new product ideasWhat We’re Looking For BSEE/MSEE preferred 5+ years in RF/Microwave oscillator design Experience with ultra‑low phase noise OCXOs Strong skills in resonators, oscillator design, RF layout Proficiency with AWR, Genesys, or similar tools Hands-on lab experience + strong leadership ability Why Join End‑to‑end product ownership Influence roadmap and next‑gen technology Work on high‑performance, market‑leading RF products Interested?
