Key ResponsibilitiesProvides case management and therapy to enhance patients' psychosocial functioning Coordinates interdisciplinary care and oversees discharge planning Conducts behavioral health assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planningRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human-service field Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri Minimum 2-3 years of Behavioral Health experience preferred Proficient computer skills required
