As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will serve as a primary architect of our consumer-centric brand strategy, owning the end-to-end development and execution of marketing programs across all U.S. markets and channels. This includes leading brand plan development and execution, delivering sophisticated business analytics, overseeing media campaigns, sponsorships and event activations, managing budgets, driving cross-functional team leadership, and spearheading insight-led innovation strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOwns the development and implementation of the annual brand marketing plan and budget; sets strategic direction to drive consumer demand, grounded in rigorous business analytics, forecasting, and competitive landscape assessment.Leads comprehensive marketing analysis — continuously monitors business and brand health using internal and external data resources (Nielsen, consumer insights, competitive analysis, business and category trends); synthesizes data into strategic implications and drives proactive, cross-functional recommended actions.Oversees all project execution including PR/media, advertising campaigns, consumer promotions, merchandising materials, events, digital/social media and coupon programs; sets quality standards and ensures on-strategy, on-time delivery.Collaborates with suppliers and brand owners to align brand and project goals, key marketing briefs, innovation and packaging projects, FY planning assumptions, and marketing or creative executions.Leads and aligns internal teams (Portfolio Management, Suppliers, Sales, Digital, Creative Services, Public Relations, and Legal) and external creative agencies, PR firms, and strategic retail and promotion partners to produce brand communications that elevate brand equity and engage consumers and trade stakeholders.Conducts regular market visits to stay current on market trends; serves as a senior marketing voice when collaborating with key sales teams; effectively communicates strategic marketing plans and manages escalated day-to-day requests.Owns brand marketing budget management and invoicing process; allocates resources with strategic intent and financial discipline; proactively advises the Brand Marketing Director on budget performance and trade-offs.Partners with Portfolio Managers, Operations, Finance & Pricing teams to monitor supply chain management, pricing execution and profitability; provides senior-level input on business decisions.Leads development of high-impact presentations and brand selling tools (e.g. sell sheets), product mailings, and other key marketing deliverables; may present directly to senior leadership and key trade partners.Owns the development of consumer target, brand positioning, brand architecture, creative strategy and media planning; CPG, alc/bev, and/or entertainment brand experience strongly preferred.Strong understanding of the U.S. consumer required.Strong knowledge of wine required; ideally a WSET Level 2 minimum or equivalent.Fluency in Nielsen or Circana Analytics requiredDemonstrated expertise in social media strategy and execution; current on all viable platforms and emerging channels.Strong understanding of the US 3-Tier system, its laws, and state-by-state variances.Proven experience in trade marketing, particularly U.S. Chain Stores (e.g. Total Wine, Kroger, etc.).Domestic travel up to 15%.Location & CompensationLocation: This position requires 4 days a week in New York City.Salary Range: $150,000–$175,000 annually.
