Description Responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair to compressor customers in a timely and professional manner. Ensures total customer satisfaction and the integrity of the company and its products. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately and efficiently executes airend rebuildsTroubleshoots, overhauls, repairs and tests compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps and other industrial productsBalances rotor assemblies to specificationsPerforms mechanical work on compressors, related products, building equipment and equipmentProvides professional troubleshooting and technical services in person or over the phoneProvides a high level of customer service in response to customer needs and satisfies their expectationsPromotes and practices proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all timesMaintains a high level of quality controlEnsures all service equipment and tools are in good working order, clean and properly repaired including proper tooling and equipment calibrationPrepares and provides various reports as directed including but not limited to maintaining accurate records on airend rebuild, equipment and preventative maintenance programsCompletes customer work order forms and other job-related paperwork timely and accuratelyTrains and assists other Service TechniciansMaintains cleanliness of shopOptimizes sales potential with customersPerforms other related duties as assigned by management Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibility.
