Executive Assistant to the Associate Campus Pastor
Position Requirements: The primary purpose of this role is to provide executive-level administrative support to the Associate Campus Pastor by scheduling, performing clerical functions, and managing projects within the Tulsa Campus Department. The role of an Executive Assistant is to free the Associate Campus Pastor of time spent on project management and administrative tasks so they can spend more time on strategic tasks.HEART (Passions + Purpose) Demonstrate a stable, mature Christian walk, reflecting the fruit of the Spirit. (Gal 5:22-23)Maintain a strong, personal relationship with God, exemplifying a disciplined worship plan through prayer, Bible study, and financial giving of tithes and offerings.Steward well church and personal finances, relations, time, and healthHelp transform lives by regularly inviting others to our church servicesEmotional health and balance between handling multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneouslyPassion for Representing God to the Lost & FoundWilling to become a member of TC and submit to the direction of the pastors and Lead StaffPassion for putting Christ in the middle of a cultureHAND (Expectations + Duties):Act on behalf of the Associate Campus Pastor as a communicator via email, text, or public speaking.Assist with Budget Management for the Campus DepartmentProject management and leadershipRecurring project oversight of: Tulsa Partner Emails, Tulsa Campus Monday Board, Campus Events as assigned, Marketing, creative ideation, and promos of Campus events as assignedManaging an active calendar of appointments for the Associate Campus PastorServe as the main point of contact for the Associate Campus PastorOversee all administrative communication - emails, texts, and callsHandle meeting requestsCollaboratively communicate with the Campus Department as well as other TC staff.Composing and preparing correspondence, many confidentialPersonally assist during weekend experiences and major events at Transformation ChurchArranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, + agendas for TC-related trips/events/meetingsAid in preparation for meetings + events through the production of documents, decor, meals, digital presentation setup, etcAll other duties as assignedHead (Knowledge + Training):REQUIRED: Minimum three years of experience working as a senior-level administrative assistantExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityMust possess efficient, caring, and discerning communication skillsPossesses a helpful, cheerful, diplomatic, and caring servant attitude to allStrong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and good time management skills.Self-starter and ability to work under pressure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to meet deadlines and goals while managing multiple tasksProficient computer skills with Apple and Google products, and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
