Shifts vary based on need./ppReceptionist Qualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliAdministrative skills and abilities required./liliMust be able to read, write, and speak English./liliMust be able to work weekends depending on the needs of the department./li/ulpReceptionist Job Summary:/pulliGreet all persons entering the building and direct them to the proper person or department./liliEnsure that all visitors, service persons, and delivery persons sign the register when entering and leaving the building./liliFollow proper procedures when fire alarm rings to ensure safety of Residents/Visitors/Staff./liliCooperate with Security and Human Resources by reporting any person or situation that appears questionable./liliResponsible for announcing the severe weather conditions as outlined in the receptionists guide book./liliAccept delivery of packages and flowers./liliPerforms clerical work (typing, copying etc.) upon request./liliKeep lobby neat, disposes of wilted flowers, waters plants./li/ulpThis is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive./ppWe aim to create a supportive workplace where you are valued, compensated fairly and provided the tools to thrive!
