No micromanagement.What You'll Need5+ years in front-end development, 1+ in a senior or lead capacityDeep React knowledge — reconciliation, context performance, state management (TanStack, Zustand, XState)TypeScript at a strict, type-safe levelStrong grasp of rendering performance optimisation (Canvas / DOM) for low-latency environmentsAbility to design REST API and WebSocket integration patterns for real-time dataComfortable translating product requirements into technical tasks and owning delivery end-to-endStrong collaboration track record with product and UX/UI teamsBonus Points ForiGaming or gambling sector experiencePixi.js or native Canvas API familiarityA portfolio or GitHub showing personal or past projects
