Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Growth opportunities Plumbing mechanics bear significant responsibilities such as assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems. We're seeking experienced Plumbing Mechanics that can produce and have the following skills... 3-5 years verifiable experience OSHA 40 Install cast iron, copper, PVC and black pipes. Document repairs, modifications and inspections in accordance with FAA requirements on both paper and in an automate maintenance information database. Good communications skills Dexterity Valid drivers license Troubleshooting skills Perform maintenance and repairs on various equipment and machinery - Interpret schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot mechanical issues - Conduct field service visits to diagnose and resolve equipment problems - Build, assemble, and disassemble mechanical components as needed - Utilize hand tools for repair work - Assist with construction plumbing tasks as required *Skills* - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics - Strong knowledge of construction site operations - Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations - Experience with hand tools for mechanical work - Previous experience in a maintenance person or construction-related role is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31.04 - $33.99 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Nights as needed Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: New York, NY (Required) Ability to Relocate: New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
