Job Title: Automation TesterLocation: Louisville, KY / Chicago, IL / Dallas, TX / Arlington, VA (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with strong experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in modern automation tools, strong programming skills, and experience working in Agile environments, preferably within healthcare or regulated domains.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for web and API applicationsCreate and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard toolsCollaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategiesPerform functional, regression, integration, and API testingIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testingAnalyze test results, identify defects, and work with teams to resolve issuesEnsure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirementsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesRequired Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience in QA Automation TestingStrong experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Cypress, or PlaywrightProficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScriptExperience in API testing using tools like Postman or Rest AssuredHands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOpsStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologiesExperience with test framework design (POM, BDD, data-driven frameworks)Good knowledge of SQL and database testingPreferred QualificationsExperience in Healthcare domain (HIPAA compliance, claims, member systems)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Experience with BDD tools like CucumberStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication sDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
