Title: Marketing Technology Project ManagerLocation: Westminster, CO (Hybrid)Job Type: Contract (8 Months)Compensation: $50 - $59 per hour (W2 only)Industry: Global TechnologyAbout The RoleOur client, a global leader in industrial technology solutions, is seeking a MarTech Project Manager to support a high-impact transformation within their marketing organization.This role requires a seasoned MarTech Project Manager with deep experience leading large?scale marketing technology migrations, Salesforce integrations, and cross?functional delivery for demand generation teams, backed by strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and expert use of project management tools like Wrike.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale marketing automation platform transformation for the Marketo to Salesforce migration. This includes overseeing the migration of legacy systems, implementation of new platforms, and integration with Salesforce to ensure accurate and seamless data flow across tools.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead end-to-end project management for marketing migration and technology transformation initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, and operations to ensure alignment and timely deliveryManage timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to deliver projects on time and within budgetOversee integration efforts between marketing platforms and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity (leads, contacts, campaigns, permissions)Support demand generation teams by ensuring tools and systems meet functional marketing needsDrive adoption of new technologies through clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagementUtilize project management tools to track progress, report status, and maintain transparency across stakeholdersQualificationsRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience within Marketing Operations or a Technology environmentStrong understanding of Salesforce integrations, including lead and contact management, campaign structures, and user permissionsProven experience managing large-scale software implementations or system migrations (e.g., marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms)Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar platforms)Ability to manage complex workflows and coordinate cross-functional teams in a global organizationStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP or CAPM certificationExperience working in a global B2B technology companyFamiliarity with marketing data architecture and data governance best practicesExperience supporting demand generation or digital marketing teams during technology transformationsBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
