Whether building schools, hospitals, health centers, offices, or airports, we know that what we build in our community matters.What You'll Do At MonteithThe Project Accountant works with project teams to fulfill the project accounting and cost-reporting requirements of commercial construction projects around the area.With project team, work to manage overall costs as they relate to the budgetAssist in trade partner payables as well as manage accounts receivableAdminister and control General Conditions costs and review purchase orders and check requestsAssist project teams with monthly job cost analysis and forecastsAnalyze revenue and profitability of each projectObtain and maintain new credit accounts for material suppliersMaintain accounts with utility providers for project teamsGather sales tax-related cost for each project and facilitate recording and reportingExperience You Should HaveA degree in accounting, business, or finance or relevant industry experienceExperience in Construction Accounting preferredExcellent time management and communication skillsExperience with Dexter Chaney/ Spectrum Viewpoint preferredRequired To Thrill At MonteithNo Brilliant Jerks.
